We loved every detail about our such great 1 night stay here. The room was bright with great facilities and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

I enjoyed its location and rooms, nice building. The restaurant was good in business area, I tried excellent dishes.

The restaurant here was reasonably priced with tasty food, we both ordered warm dishes.

We loved this hotel, it was ideal and clean. They gave us a queen room with smaller than a double and toiletries, for instance as we booked.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Santiago.

Freshly made meal and EXCELLENT service. The room was individual and tasteful, offered climate control, terrace and complementary tea. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. The hotel was centrally placed.

Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the staff always so very helpful. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, WiFi, climate control and free tea in the room. Spotless place and good service. Moreover, we could park our car on site.

The staff was highly efficient, the room was freshly renovated and the breakfast was light, all as we expected. Exceptional view of canal. Stylish bathroom and super bed. We loved the remote location of the hotel and had a fairly nice time here. Cold wines and tea in the English bar, paid parking place.

It was a really amazing stay. Fashioned, silent room, loved it. True 4-star experience, superb service.

The accommodation was PICTURE PERFECT, pool was heated, beds were extra comfy.
